• Amazon Reports (CSV Upload) — we accept Amazon Ads Report, Business Report, and Payment Report CSV files exported from your Seller Central account.
• Email address — used for account creation and login.
• Product cost and profit settings — entered by you to calculate net margins and recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To analyze your PPC campaign performance and identify waste.
• To calculate profit and loss across your product catalog.
• To generate actionable recommendations for your store.
• To send account-related emails (e.g. login links, billing).

We never sell your data to third parties. Your uploaded reports and business metrics are used solely to power your own dashboard.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database.
• Data is associated with your account and not shared with other users.
• You can delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. CSV uploads are deleted immediately after processing.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Hexa-V after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
