Documentation
Everything you need to go from sign-up to your first daily report. It's a short read on purpose — the product is meant to be obvious.
Getting started
- Start free. Enter your email on the homepage or head straight to sign-up. Your first month is free — no card games, cancel anytime.
- Create your account. Sign up at hexa-v.com/auth/signup. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
- Connect your Amazon data. Either connect the Amazon Ads API from onboarding, or upload your campaign and search-term reports manually. Both paths end at the same dashboard.
- Read your first report. Within a day you'll have a ranked list of leaks, negatives worth adding, and keywords ready to harvest.
The reports HEXA-V reads
If you upload manually, these are the standard Amazon Ads exports HEXA-V understands:
- Sponsored Products — Search term report. The core input. This is where silent budget leaks live.
- Sponsored Products — Campaign report. Used for campaign-level ACOS guardrails and budget checks.
Export them from the Amazon Ads console as .csv or .xlsx and drop them into the uploader. Column naming from all Amazon marketplaces is handled automatically.
How to read the daily report
Every screen in HEXA-V answers one question, in order:
- Home — "Is my account healthy today?" Account health, the 7-day picture, top opportunities and top risks.
- Negatives — "Which search terms should stop getting my money?" Each suggestion shows the spend it has already burned and what a negative match saves.
- Harvesting — "Which search terms earned a promotion?" Terms converting inside auto campaigns, queued for exact-match graduation.
- Insights — "What changed, and why?" The reasoning behind every recommendation, in plain language.
Every dollar figure is shown as a min / likely / max range. If we can't estimate something honestly, we say so instead of inventing a number.
